Thank you for shopping with Al Noor Bazaar! We value your trust and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund terms carefully before placing your order.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items delivered to customers in the United States.
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Incorrect measurements or colors chosen by the customer
- Items used, assembled, or damaged after delivery
2. Return Process
- Email us at info@alnoorbazaar.com or alnoorbazaar@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the product, and a short description of the issue.
- Once approved, we will provide you with return shipping instructions.
- You must return the item using the original packaging.
Please do not send any item back without our confirmation — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), we cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to any other reason (e.g. customer error), you are responsible for return shipping.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email confirmation.
Approved refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After that, the order may already be in processing or shipped and cannot be canceled.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately at info@alnoorbazaar.com or at alnoorbazaar@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
