Welcome to Al Noor Bazaar!  We’re committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. Please review our shipping terms below to understand how we handle delivery within the United States.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently offer shipping across the United States only.
At this time, we do not deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or locations outside the U.S.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).  If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. You will be notified via email if there is any significant delay in your order.

3. Shipping Time & Delivery

Estimated delivery time after processing:

  • Standard Shipping: 4-6 business days
  • Express Shipping (if available): 2–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, carrier, and weather conditions.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight or dimensions of your order.  From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, these will be clearly stated on our website.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details.  Tracking information may take up to 24-48 hours to update after shipment.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to carrier issues, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control (such as weather or customs delays).  If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s), and we will assist you promptly.

7. Wrong Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.  Once the order has shipped, we cannot make address changes or cancel it.
